Amperity Subcontractors and Affiliates¶
Amperity, Inc. ("Amperity") and its Affiliates may use the following third-party subcontractors ("Subcontractors") and Amperity Affiliates to provide the service to you, including for accessing or data processing Customer Data or Personal Data, and each Subcontractor and Amperity Affiliate shall be considered approved under the Agreement. Capitalized terms not defined on this page have the meanings ascribed to them by the terms set forth in the Amperity Terms of Service or the written agreement between you and Amperity, as applicable (the "Agreement").
By subscribing to receive updates about this page, you will be notified by email about changes to Amperity’s Subcontractors and Amperity Affiliates that may be involved in providing services to you and processing your Customer Data.

How can current Amperity customers object to a new Subcontractor/Sub-Processor?¶
If you are a current Amperity customer, with a fully executed data processing agreement ("DPA") in place with Amperity, you may notify us of an objection to Amperity’s use of a new Subcontractor used to process your Customer Data by sending such objection to privacy@amperity.com within ten (10) days after Amperity’s notice of such new Subcontractor, or such other period of time as set forth in your Agreement. Objections shall be handled as described in your Agreement.
How to subscribe to updates?¶
You must subscribe to receive email notification of updates to Subcontractors and such Amperity Affiliates by submitting (1) the email address for such notifications and (2) the full name of the legal entity under the Agreement on whose behalf you are subscribing. By submitting this information, you represent that you have all necessary rights to provide this information to Amperity.
