Digital channels

The digital channel through which a transaction was made. For example: Facebook, Google Ads, email, etc.

Use in segments

You can access digital channels directly from the Segment Editor. To add this attribute to your segment, To add these attributes to your segment, click Add condition and then Add attribute. Select the Unified Transactions table, select the Digital Channel attribute, apply a condition, and then specify a value.

For example, if your tenant had digital channels defined for “Email”, “Paid media”, “Paid search”, “SMS”, and “Streaming” the list of options would be:

This attribute has a String data type. All String data types share the same set of conditions. Recommended conditions for this attribute are identified with “ More useful” and conditions with more limited use cases are identified with “ Less useful”.
